Welcome to Atletiko Media! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and any digital content provided by Atletiko Media LLC ("Atletiko", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Atletiko Media provides creative services including, but not limited to:
Photography & Videography
Social Media Management
Highlight Reel Production
Branding & Design
Live Streaming
Athlete & Team Media Day Coverage
Additional services may be agreed upon in writing or through a service contract.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in writing or via an official booking form.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Final payment is due by the agreed-upon date prior to the delivery of final assets or scheduled service.
Late payments may be subject to a [5%] late fee per week past due.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.
Deposits are non-refundable unless Atletiko Media cancels the service.
If the client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled service, the full service fee may still be charged.
4. Ownership & Usage Rights
Atletiko Media retains ownership and copyright of all media content created unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a license to use the media for personal, promotional, or commercial use depending on the service package.
Media may not be altered, resold, or distributed for profit without written consent from Atletiko Media.
5. Image Release & Consent
By hiring Atletiko Media, you grant permission to photograph and record you and/or your event and use your likeness for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes across all Atletiko Media platforms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure all necessary permissions and access are granted at the event location.
Clients are responsible for informing all participants that photography and videography will take place.
7. Delivery Timeline
Standard media delivery is within 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
8. Liability
Atletiko Media is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue restrictions, or technical failures.
9. Revisions & Edits
One round of revisions is typically included in all media packages unless otherwise noted.
Additional edits may incur extra charges and timelines.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Modifications
Atletiko Media reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.
